The final disposal site to be installed in the sea area is located in the neighborhood of cities that need to be treated with waste, and has the potential for large-capacity final disposal, and the landfill of waste ensures a vast port function site and urban function site in the coastal area. The Osaka Bay Phoenix Center is implementing the Osaka Bay Phoenix Project through the landfill of Osaka Bay regional offshore for the proper disposal of waste in a long-term stable and wide-area area. Commissioned by the Center, the JWRF conducts environmental conservation surveys with the aim of properly implementing landfill disposal and maintenance that fully demonstrates the functions of the sea landfill sites and does not affect the living environment safety.
